To explore the pathogenic mechanisms of MicroRNA (miRNA) on diverse diseases, many researchers have concentrated on discovering the potential associations between miRNA and disease using machine learning methods. However, the prediction accuracy of supervised machine learning methods is limited by lacking of experimentally-validated uncorrelated miRNA-disease pairs. Without these negative samples, training a highly accurate model is much more difficult. Different from traditional miRNA-disease prediction models using randomly selected unknown samples as negative training samples, we propose an ensemble learning framework to solve this positive-unlabeled (PU) learning problem. The framework incorporates two steps, i.e., a novel semi-supervised Kmeans (SS-Kmeans) to extract reliable negative samples from unknown miRNA-disease pairs and subagging method to generate diverse training sample sets to make full use of those reliable negative samples for ensemble learning. Combined with effective random vector functional link (RVFL) network as prediction model, the proposed framework showed superior prediction accuracy comparing with other popular approaches. A case study on lung and gastric neoplasms further confirms the framework’s efficacy at identifying miRNA disease associations. 相似文献

Detectable defect depth by pulse phase thermography (PPT) is reportedly improved when using phase at low frequency. This study was conducted to identify mechanisms detecting deeper defects by the PPT, and to determine the optimum frequencies for detecting defects with various depths and sizes. One-dimensional and finite element analyses reveal that the optimum frequency decreases continuously with increasing defect depth, and that the amplitude of noise appearing in phase data decreases with decreased frequency. These engender a large signal-to-noise ratio for deep defects in a lower-frequency range. The analytical results were verified by experiments for a polymethylmethacrylate specimen having artificial defects. The experimental results at the optimum frequency demonstrated that defects with up to 5–6 mm depth were detected, which is a significant improvement compared with the reported detectable defect depth of 3.5 mm. 相似文献

建立了QuEChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged and Safe)法-气相色谱法测定蔬菜中6种有机磷农药残留量的检测方法.样品用1%乙酸乙腈提取,经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和无水硫酸镁分散固相萃取净化,气相色谱火焰光度检测器测定.考察了QuEChERS法在两种不同体系(氯化钠盐析和乙酸盐缓冲体系)的提取净化效果.试验结果表明,在乙酸盐缓冲体系中,有机磷农药残留更加稳定,回收率更高.6种有机磷农药残留在0.2~10.0 mg/L之间线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.999,检出限在0.003 5~0.015 mg/L之间.低、中、高3个添加水平的回收率在78.5%~106.3%之间,相对标准偏差在1.4%~6.3%之间.方法简单、快捷,准确可靠,适合大批量样品农残检测. 相似文献

建立了简便、高效的在线提取-高效液相色谱-二极管阵列-四极杆飞行时间质谱法(OLE-HPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS)快速提取和分离鉴定陈皮中黄酮类化合物。在线提取体系中,将填有陈皮粉末样品(2.0 mg)的固相萃取小柱取代样品环连接在手动进样阀上,样品直接被流动相提取并进入HPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS系统分析,无需额外的样品前处理步骤。与传统的溶剂回流提取法相比,在线提取法具有较高的提取率。通过分析化合物的紫外谱图、色谱保留时间和质谱信息,共鉴定出24种黄酮类化合物,其中新圣草次苷、柠檬黄素-3-O-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸)-葡萄糖苷及其异构体首次在陈皮中报道。建立的方法为中药复杂体系中活性成分的快速分离鉴定提供了新的研究思路。 相似文献

The order reduction method of the relativistic Birkhollian equations is studied. For a relativistic autonomous Birkhotffian system, if the conservative law of the Birkhotffian holds, the conservative quantity can be called the generalized energy integral. Through the generalized energy integral, the order of the system can be reduced. If the relativisticBirkhoffian system has a generalized energy integral, then the Birkhoffian equations can be reduced by at least twodegrees and the Birkhoffian form can be kept. The relations among the relativistic Birkhoffian mechanics, the relativistic Hamiltonian mechanics and the relativistic Lagrangian mechanics are discussed, and the Whittaker order reduction method of the relativistic Lagrangian system is obtained. For a nonholonomic system, a new type of Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity is given under general infinitesimal transformations of groups in which time is variable. On the basis of the invariance theory of differential equations of motion under infinitesimal transformations for t and q_s, we construct the Lie symmetrical determining equations, the constrained restriction equations and the additional restriction equations of the system. And a new type of Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity is directly obtained from the Lie symmetry of the system, which only depends on the variables t, q_s and \dot{q}_s. A series of deductions are inferred for a holonomic nonconservative system, Lagrangian system and other dynamical systems in the case of vanishing of time variation.
